Trade Union

Along with the establishment of the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty’s Trade Union unit has gone through 60 years of formation and development. The Trade Union Congress of the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine for the 2023-2028 term elected 5 members to the Executive Committee. The Faculty’s Trade Union unit has organized vibrant activities and achieved many outstanding accomplishments.

In addition to achievements in teaching and scientific research, lecturers in the faculty actively participate in movements organized by the Base Trade Union of the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University. Furthermore, the Faculty’s Trade Union serves as a supportive space to encourage members to overcome difficulties and successfully fulfill their teaching and research duties. When members fall ill, the trade union organization visits and offers timely encouragement.

The major achievements in learning, teaching, and scientific research of the faculty members have borne fruit with Master’s degrees, Doctoral degrees, medals, and the titles of Excellent Teacher and People’s Teacher awarded to individual teachers as well as the collective Faculty Trade Union. These shared joys reflect a spirit of close solidarity. In the 2019-2020 academic year, the Faculty’s Trade Union unit was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Education Union. We are always proud to be members of the Faculty’s Trade Union – a warm common home where everyone can share both successes and challenges in work and life.
