Chinese Language Lovers Club

On September 10, 2025, the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine held the launching ceremony of the Chinese Language Lovers Club. The initiative aims to create a dynamic environment for learning, interaction, and language skill development for students, especially against the backdrop of expanding international cooperation between Vietnam and China in agriculture, specifically in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. The club was officially established by the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine – University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University.

The establishment of the club receives comprehensive support and sponsorship from New Hope Binh Phuoc Co., Ltd. — one of the leading enterprises in animal feed, livestock breeding, and high-tech farming solutions in Vietnam, under New Hope Group (China). With a commitment to sustainable development and an internationalized HR strategy, New Hope Binh Phuoc supports the club through:

• Learning materials and Chinese language textbooks tailored for animal science and veterinary medicine

• Scholarships for academic encouragement and cultural exchange

This is the faculty’s first academic club dedicated to students passionate about Chinese and eager to explore Chinese culture as well as career opportunities at Chinese companies or Vietnam–China joint ventures. The club promises to bridge students with language proficiency, broader global perspectives, and access to future internship and job prospects.

Club objectives:

• Create a meaningful platform that fosters self-study and lifelong learning among students

• Enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Chinese, with a focus on specialized terminology

• Organize cultural exchanges, public speaking contests, and Chinese knowledge competitions

• Connect students with enterprises to expand career opportunities in an international work environment
