From July 18 to July 21, 2025, the delegation from Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (HUAF), Hue University, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thanh Duc – Rector; Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Phung – Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Van – Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Dung – Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine (ASVM), along with former leaders and lecturers of the faculty, conducted a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province to visit and work with enterprises and partner companies in training cooperation.
This trip aimed to strengthen the university’s connection with businesses, expand its collaborative network in training, internship programs, and student recruitment. With a training philosophy that emphasizes practical relevance, the university continues to demonstrate its commitment to accompanying the development of the animal husbandry and veterinary sector, while improving the quality of human resources to meet societal demands.
On July 18, 2025, the delegation attended the 2025 Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine Conference, co-organized by R.E.P Biotechnology Joint Stock Company, Innovad Group, and Biofix Bresh Company. The conference gathered scientists, businesses, and technical professionals to share updates on technological trends, microbiological solutions, nutrition, vaccines, and circular livestock models. These insights provided valuable strategic orientation for the university’s training and research activities.
On July 19, 2025, the delegation visited CPV Food Binh Phuoc Factory, a member of CP Vietnam Corporation, which operates a modern food processing chain under the closed-loop “Farm to Table” model. The visit offered opportunities for both sides to exchange experience and explore cooperation in training, research, and student recruitment.
Within the framework of the trip, the delegation also attended the 9th Annual Gathering of ASVM Alumni in Southern Vietnam, held in Dong Nai Province. The gathering was warm and emotional, highlighting the strong bonds between generations of students and teachers. On this occasion, the ASVM Alumni Association donated VND 20 million to the “Wings of Dreams Scholarship Fund”, supporting current students of the faculty.
Concluding the trip, on July 21, 2025, the delegation held a working session with DNT Vietnam Investment Co., Ltd., discussing training cooperation, internship opportunities, and scientific research collaboration aimed at developing high-quality human resources in the context of digital transformation.
This successful business trip not only enhanced the university’s relationship with enterprises and alumni but also reaffirmed the university’s proactive role in building a training ecosystem aligned with practical demands in the livestock and veterinary sectors.
