The Faculty of Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, University of Agriculture and Forestry – Hue University, has successfully implemented a customized training program commissioned by Minh Du Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. – a leading enterprise in high-quality poultry breeding in Vietnam.
This strategic partnership highlights the Faculty’s pioneering role in educational innovation through the principles of “learning by doing” and “training aligned with practical needs and industry demands,” while also contributing to the development of a high-quality workforce for the poultry sector.
Training Content and Target Participants
The training program was specifically designed based on the request of Minh Du Company, with a focus on developing technical staff equipped with specialized knowledge, practical skills, and managerial competence aligned with the company’s production and operational standards.
Notably, the course modules were structured to prepare and nurture a young, capable team of future technical and managerial personnel, meeting the demands of modern poultry farm operations in terms of professional expertise, process management, and organizational coordination.
