On the afternoon of May 24, 2025, at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Affairs, organized the thesis proposal defense for two master’s cohorts: Animal Husbandry (Cohort 30) and Veterinary Medicine (Cohort 29).
Four defense committees convened simultaneously to assess the proposals of 8 Veterinary Medicine graduate students and 10 Animal Husbandry graduate students. The purpose of the defense was to provide feedback on each thesis proposal, ensuring that students adhere to the appropriate content and meet the required scientific standards for their graduation projects.
This year marks the first time the graduation project model has been implemented for the application-oriented master’s programs in both Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, with a total of 9 credits. All four defense committees agreed on a project implementation period of three months.
Graduate students and their academic supervisors took note of the committee’s feedback and will revise their proposals accordingly during the upcoming internship period.
