The Veterinary Medicine Department is one of the two departments within the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. The department has a team of 15 faculty members involved in teaching across three levels of Veterinary Medicine: undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. The personnel of the Veterinary Science Department includes 5 Senior Lecturers ( Assoc. Prof Nguyen Xuan Hoa – Head of Department, Assoc. Prof Pham Hong Son, Dr Tran Quang Vui – Vice Dean, Dr Phan Vu Hai); 5 Lecturers, PhD (Vu Van Hai, Nguyen Van Chao, Ho Thi Dung, Bui Thi Hien, Pham Hoang Son Hung); 2 Research Associates (MSc. Hoang Chung, MSc. Phan Thi Hang), and 3 Lecturers (MSc. Nguyen Thi Thuy, MSc. Nguyen Dinh Thuy Khuong, MSc. Tran Thi Na). In addition to teaching 24 specialized courses, faculty members with academic titles and degrees have been leading the development of specialized textbooks/materials and research projects at the ministry level and Hue University.
